    Hi Team,

     

    We have implemented tenants in our organization. There are situations wherein we need to transfer a ticket from one tenant to other but since tenants are implemented it cant be done.Is there any way that we can achieve this? Please let me know the steps to do the same..

    Hi Pushpith, 

    Unfortunately once a ticket is put under a specific tenant, it cannot be transferred to another one - that is by design for security purposes.  Something like that would be an enhancement which you can post here in the community as an "idea" where folks can vote for it and product management will review it for possible consideration in future versions of the product.

    I would like to understand the use case a bit more, e.g. how did the original ticket get opened for the wrong tenant?
