The customer recently uploaded an IP address to an Untrusted IP list. However that IP is now preventing a legit customer from transacting. How do we go about removing that IP from the untrusted IP list? Secondly, we have discovered that the IP does not exist on the Rules data report. How does that work, could it be a defect? From my understanding, if the IP as been uploaded to the Untrusted list, it should appear on the Rule data report.

    Hi KeleMaake,

An uploaded IP will not be active until you do Migrate to Production and then refresh the server cache, you may check if the data is there in Proposed state.

If you are uploading a CSV file for Untrusted IP list then you can download the report from the Rules Data Report and then remove the IP from that list and reupload the data, you need to again do Migrate to production and then server cache refresh. We have not see issue in this use case so if you are running into problem suggest  to open a support case.

    Thanks
