    Hi All,

We are strange issue where we see for a lot of Tasks and projects, their finish date gets changed automatically.

Also, it shows PPM Administrator name all the time in the audit trails.

We have checked, there is no job/process running that performs these kind of updates.

Generally, we see dates are being reduced to current month date and task status is changed.

    Thanks,

    Pragya Singh

If a PM does a auto schedule also it will move, there are jobs like AutoScheule Job which will move the dates.

    Hi Suman,

In case of auto-schedule, will it show Administrator name?

I am not sure, but it should show PM name if auto-schedule is changing anything..

    Thanks,

If the autoschedule is done by PM then it will be PM's name, if its run via job and job was scheduled by admin it will show admin name

    Thanks Suman.

We have found the root cause with the help of CA Support.

ForTask which have zero ETC and front loading, when timesheet is posted against them then task status changes from Non-started to Started and task finish date reduces to the last date of actuals filled. This is working as per the design.

Since, this is done by post timesheet job, it shows PPM Administrator name as job is scheduled with this account.

    Thanks,
