    I start a research into Knowledge Base management

    I need it not to appear the window "Finding in knowledge base " at the moment to selec "Create a new Request "in the rol Employee

    Can you post a screenshot of what you want to change? That will help point you in the right direction.

    Hi Christian,

     

    Assuming you talking about the prompt to search Knowledge dialog when creating tickets via the Employee role...This can be disabled by uninstalling the 'prompt_for_knowledge' in the Options Manager.
