CA Service Management

Hi Folks,

   We have a requirement to hide target delivery date from general information part only on checkout. How ever it should be visible after submission of the cart. Is there any way to do the same.

Please help/suggest.

With 'target delivery date ', I assume you mean the 'Date Required' column, in the 'General Information' section of the request?

As you probably will know, you can select/set which columns(fields) to be shown.
As in SC/Catalog/Configuration/Request Management Configuration (request)>Request General Information Column Configuration
 
And then, as to your question, this is a good candidate for an Idea in this same community.
To possibly get such functionality implemented and available, in a future release of the product.

Unless of course, there is some one else in the community, who has this implemented in 'some way'.
