Hi team,

One question, when installing the UMP in a windows robot, different from the NMS server, the administration portal does not respond. It shows a message that the page is not found.

Should you consider something additional in the configuration of the robot?

Hi there,

this is when you try to open the admin console portlet via the UMP, correct?

Which version of UIM is this? 

Because in the newer versions the admin console, when opened via the UMP, should open in a new tab.

Now, if this is the portlet, have you checked the address for the various probes in the raw_configure of the wasp probe , under ump_common, point to the primary hub?

I have tried from the portlet, and via URL, and the message is the same "Error".

1. Portlet

2. Via URL: hhtp://<UIM server>:port/adminconsoleapp.

The Version 8.47

In the probe wasp, all probes point to the NMS server.

There should be a wasp probe installed on your HUB and thats where the admin console app is setup . Check if wasp is running and the ports assigned to the admin console in wasp setup tab.

Make sure its running and without any port conflicts 

Take a look at the wasp log , that might give some clues too

Please try the below steps.

1. Deactivate WASP probe in the Primary HUB robot.

2. Go to <UIM>/probes/service/wasp/webapps and remove the below folders.

- adminconsoleapp

- uimhome

- mps

3. Go to <UIM>/probes/service/wasp/work/wasp-engine and remove the below folders.

- localhost

4. Activate WASP probe in the Primary HUB robot.

5. Verify the behavior.

http://<Primary HUB robot>:<Port>/adminconsoleapp
