It is possible to create groups in admin console and push configuration package apart from doing this from IM.

No, grouping feature is not available in Admin Console, right now only available option is to create groups in USM and use MCS to apply the configuration at a group level

Ok, that was a bouncer ...No we cant  

We cant group it through Admin Console either , but one other thing you can try is to select multiple robots at once using Admin Console and deploy the configuration to all of them at one shot

As Phani is saying, today's MCS interacts with monitoring probes perspective, but no capability of interacting with robot (controller) perspective.

In addition to that, IM or Admin Console neither provides Grouping based bulk config deployment.

I believe this is a nice Idea for future enhancement of MCS.

I encourage that you create an Idea for it.
