    Can any one please share RAM, CPU requirements for 14.4 and 15.1 upgrade for windows .

     

    Can we use the hardware information  available in 'Oracle and SQL Database Performance Whitepaper as a standard info

    Yes you can use the white paper as benchmark but it will depend on your usability.
