When looking at cemdb table like ts_st_tsgrp_mly_YYYYMMDD, I see two columns:
- ts_bad_transactions
- ts_defects
What is the difference between the two values?
Luke
Dear Luke:
So I looked at the report SLA template (CorrelationalSlaReportData.hbm.xml) which is installed with each copy of APM EM and found the answer
Think of Performance Reports and Quality Reports
ts_bad_transactions is an unsuccessful transaction shown in Performance Reports and makes up success rate -- Glossary - CA Application Performance Management - 10.5 - CA Technologies Documentation
ts_defects ties to Quality Reports and DPMO . See Glossary - CA Application Performance Management - 10.5 - CA Technologies Documentation
Please let me know if this is helpful and if there are additional questions
Thanks
Hal German
I created a KB on this-- http://www.ca.com/us/services-support/ca-support/ca-support-online/knowledge-base-articles.TEC1609771.html
Thanks Hal,
This is the answer I was looking for...
Best regards,
Thanks Luke. Glad to be of help!
