How to configure check message operator in ITPAM?.

I am not aware of a check message operator, are you referring to the email operators?

Is there is any operator available so that we can use that to check message in the mail box at specified interval.

Yes, definitely, there are several options to help you accomplish this.

There is an Email trigger option which will check the mail server every few seconds for new mail and launch a specific process you have defined, or there are various email operators that can be used within a process definition to access an email server and retrieve emails.
