  • 1.  What are the KCS practices SDM is align to ?

    I would like to know what the the practices SDM is align to.

    I can't find the information of SDM verified or align publish on KCS Tools and Services.

    CA SDM is 'ITIL v3' aligned. Hope this answers your query?

    Hi Brian,

     

    Thanks. Did a search seem Allen_Houpt@Allen_HouptAllen_Houpt   posted a blog on CA Service Management wins Silver for Pink Elephant's 2016 ITSM Innovation of the Year.

     

    I also went to search at PinkVERIFY™ 2011 Toolsets it shows CA 14.1 has 15 Processes verified.
