  • 1.  Agent Matrix compatibility roadmap planning

In our technology upgrade and compliance roadmap planning, we rely on agent compatibility with server operating systems. In many cases we postpone the upgrade of the operating systems due to the lack of support agents CA, which causes numerous other problems.
Therefore, it is essential to know the roadmap with a forecast date to support the latest versions of the main operating systems on the market.

We will try to get the Product Manager to deliver the latest roadmap.

As SP4 is nearing its release, the changes doc should be available soon to help with operating system support.  If you do not see an OS version you are looking to move into, please ensure you create an Idea as this will help development prioritize future enhancements
