    Can we add a custom cancelled sub statuses in CA Catalog??

    Cancelled - By Requester
    Cancelled - Incorrect Form
    Cancelled - Duplicate

    and how can be added this?

    You can add custom statuses per the following:

     

    Modify the Request Status List - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation 

     

    Unfortunately there isn't a custom status range for cancelled, only one status (4), so you won't be able to add multiple.

     

    If these requests are being rejected, one option could be to leverage custom rejected statuses. Otherwise I could suggest adding a note to the request (either in a form field or note attached to the request) with cancellation details.

    Thanks for you reply.

    That means we cannot go to custom cancellation sub- fields, although we can add such statues in "rejected" custom fields.

    also, just we need to add the fields in <request_header> and <request_item>  tabs.??
