After upgrading spectrum 10.2 jasper soft integration doesn't working ,getting the below error .And we could see the new tab jasper server Web App name in integration tab. Anyone faced the simlar issue ?

"Error:Internal Server Error. Integration failed"

I am not certain that Jasper 6.1 was certified against Spectrum 10.2.

However – we generally see that error when the “password” field is wrong.

If you are using superuser as the user, please re-type the password to see if the error goes away.

Either way, though, you should upgrade to CABI 6.3 to ensure support for all the reports that come with 10.2.

There are likely features that 6.1 does not have that reports from 10.2 utilize.

Yes Matthew ,I retyped password but no luck. Still the  same issue.

Go to the Administration -> Debugging ->  Web Server Debug Page (Runtime)

Turn on SRM - Core - Report Manager

Click apply.

Try it again.

Review the tomcat log file for any errors during integration.

(http-bio-80-exec-22) (ReportManager) - (ERROR) - Error :java.io.FileNotFoundException: http:<url of jasper server>

Without seeing the URL I am not sure what file it is not seeing.

But something does not seem to be right – are you sure you are using the right hostnames and OC machine with SRM on it?

This might be because of the 10.2 and 6.1 compatibility.

Yes Matthew url is fine ,I have planned to upgrade to 6.3 ,if please can you share the upgrade path.

Jaspersoft 6.1 is not supported with Spectrum 10.2.

Spectrum 10.2 is only supported for use with Jaspersoft 6.3 so as Matt has said you will need to install Jaspersoft 6.3
