I currently have UMP installed on a windows bot, different from the NMS server.
The probes CDM is giving error in the robot. When I try to restart it it throws me a message of Communication error on request (_Stop).
It seems there is a per-existing error state that the probe is in and that could be related to a problem with another probe or the system itself. Checking the logs for the other probes, especially controller may help to find the root cause. From a general level consider restarting the robot.
