Is there anyway to uninstall a robot from hub itself ? 

Currently there is no remote uninstall of a robot that can be done from a hub.

Any command can be executed remotely to achieve this ?

not easily no.

This would depend on many things.

Is it windows or linux?

Was the install down with ADE / Third party installer or with a manually nimldr installer.

I supposed it is possible to create a remote script to check for these things and then perform and uninstall based on information but I think it would be fairly complex operation.

Both windows and linux and it was  installed manually(silent installer) 

In any case it is probably better to remove the robot from the console and then remove it from the robot system.
