Hello Folks,

The process of Data Retention on CA UIM works with Raw Data, Hourly Data, Day Data. 

RAW Data - RN Tables

Hourly Data - HN Tables

Day Data - DN Tables

Do you guys think is possible to add a new level of Data ? I'm thinking to add a new level like Month Data or maybe add settings of Data Retention by hub.

What do you guys think? Any ideas?

Hi Jean,

There would be numerous obstacles that would have to be overcome and you'd have to ponder if the effort is really worth it to save 30 samples per QOS per month.  The DN tables contain one entry per day per QOS, so you're collecting and saving 31 samples per month at most for each QOS that you're monitoring.  This is a tiny amount of data.  Additionally, the resolution of data would be drastically diminished and you'd be reduced to almost a baseline level of information without much variance.
