Researching for this shows me the following information:
The CA ServiceDesk and CA Service Catalog applications and their mdb database integration with the 'Tableau Reporting tool' is not tested and certified as such.
If you wish you can take a backup of the mdb database and test against it with that tool.
And see whether it works for you.
Although that would then be without an official support from CA for this.
