I have configured CA EEM to use multiple ADs
I can login to CA EEM normally with users from whatever 1 ads,However, I can not log in to CA SDM, I can only sign in with users who are on the "AD LANLINK"
Does anyone know how to solve it?
Are the users from the other domains existing as contact records in Service Desk? And if so, please check if there are any duplicate userIDs across the domains.
