    Hi all,

I have created some reports in iReport that reports are .jrxml format . I want that files are in pdf or exel in  format.

Can anyone suggest how to do the same.

Will wait for positive response from anyone.

a .jrxml file is a compiled .jasper report.  This file can be uploaded, from iReport, to Unified Reporter or CABI.  And from UR/CABI you can run/schedule this report and define/save your report in pdf format.

1 - iReport with your report loaded in designer

2 - I created a "custom" directory to store all my customized reports

3 - Right click on your target directory and select - Add - JasperServer Report

    -

    4 - this will open a wizard

select the 'get source from current opened report'

In 'edit local datasource' take 'import from ireport'

5 - when you select UMP- USM - UR (or CABI)

and select "run", in the generated output you can select how to save the report.

(or you can schedule the report and mail the result in the format you want)
