Introduction:
This is a tech doc to explain that in versions 10.1 and 10.1.1 of Spectrum there is no support for the use of dynamic alarm titles in the Spectrum OneClick Web Client
Question:
Why are dynamic alarm titles not working in the OneClick Web Client in version Spectrum 10.1 and 10.1.1?
When a new alarm comes in to the alarm list in the OneClick Web Client it has a dynamic alarm title.
However when I refresh on the Web Client the dynamic alarm title disappears and just shows alarm type and not the alarm title.
Environment:
Spectrum 10.1 and 10.1.1
OneClick Web Client
Answer:
The use of dynamic alarm titles on the OneClick Web Client in Spectrum 10.1 and 10.1.1 is not supported.
Support for dynamic alarm titles on the OneClick Web Client is scheduled to be added in Spectrum 10.2 (subject to change / QC etc).
