    Hi team,

I am monitoring an AS400 computer, but when trying to configure the probes associated with this computer, it

gives me a 1.38 error. Somebody could help me?

    Thanks,

    Richard

What version of the jobs probe do you already have running? You might want to deactivate the probe and search for and clear out the conf_jobs* file in the directory, redeploy the probe and try again.

    Hi Stephen,

That happens to me with all the probes iSeries, you attach the image where the version is seen. It does not even display my log view. Now this happens from IM, if access via portal console, if I can access the configuration.

    Regards,

    Richard

Does it/did it work in jobs v1.37 (if you downgrade)?

You can download it from here if you don't already have it to try out and see if the same issue occurs.

Hi Richard, were you able to get this issue resolved? What was the cause/fix? I did some searching around on that cont_jobs_1.38 error and couldn't find much around it.

    Hi Philips,

I can not solve this issue, but this happens to me from the IM. I had to configure the probes from the adminconsole portal. And everything was working well.

    Richard
