I'm trying to configure a new IIS webserver to handle IWA. This is a new 2012 R2 server with IIS 8.5. I don't have the Default website available as the VM comes with a site instead of Default website as part of the default build.
I have configured the agent and the agent comes up fine. However when I access a resource protected with IWA, I get a 404 error at the FQDN/siteminderagent/ntlm/creds.ntc file. I made sure that the /siteminderagent is unprotected. I made sure that the /ntlm has WIndows authentication enabled and anonymous disabled.
I have seen this issue in the past but don't remember exactly what I did to fix this. SO any help would be appreciated ... I can see that the .ntc extensions are added in the handler mappings.
