  • 1.  How can we audit for HIPPA or PII data in any Agile Central entity?

    We want to ensure that there is no HIPPA or Personally Identifiable Information in any user story or task or description etc. in Agile Central.  Is there a way to export all this data into a report format (even excel would work) so we can read through it to find possible occurrences?

    @Evers, the best way to get this information is to submit a case and request a subscription export (this request must come from a subscription administrator). Support can provide an XML or JSON export of the data with a few limitations, but nothing that should limit the data you are looking to retrieve and review.

    Thank you Jeremy.  So you are telling me there is no way for my organization to get a 'dump' of the data fields?

    @Evers, this can be performed internally in your organization, but is a more involved and lengthy process that requires the knowledge and utilization around the Agile Central Web Services API and Lookback API documentation, both of which I have linked to below:

    Lookback API: https://rally1.rallydev.com/analytics/doc/  (requires you to be logged into your Agile Central account)

     

    If you would prefer to not leverage internal resources for this, the quickest way to get this data is by requesting this type of full subscription dump from Support.
