    good morning 

    Request your collaboration to be able to realize simultaneous approvals of a single service by several approvers in Ca service catalog. 

    CA service catalog only allows me to do it sequentially by the approval levels. 

    Catalog version: 14.1 cumulative 2 

    Could you tell me if it is possible to make this kind of somultan approvals only for a service and how can I configure it?

    Hi,  to have parallel approvals you will need to develop your workflow inside PAM and have your business logic there.

    You can decide to use or not the first steps approval from catalog put remaining logic been in PAM.
