  • 1.  Migration of IM and IG to Identity Portal

    Hello All,

     

    This is a rather urgent plea for help.  We have an existing IM/IG environment running on 12.6, but the client has now purchase the Identity Portal.  We now plan to implement the portal, but have found, in the DEV environment, that the portal does not pull the existing configurations, workflows, forms, etc. up into the portal.  We are under severe time pressures so we need to find a way to do this.  In addition, our existing architecture uses AD Authentication, however we can't seem to find a way for the portal to use AD authentication without SSO (which the client hasn't bought).

     

    Any ideas?

    Based on the urgency and the amount of detail here, I believe a support issue would be the best way to handle this.  Have you opened a support issue?

    Alex,

      I agree with Andy, This is not a task that can be completed in a day or two.

      The portal is not designed to read IM tasks and roles and "display" them in the portal.

      You have to configure "Modules" to display this information in the portal. You can see some of the functionality with the predefined use cases:
