  • 1.  Reports don't look proper after upgrade

    Hi All,

     

    Recent our DEV environment is upgraded from 14.2 to 14.3 . One issue which we are facing now is when we ran a certain report some anomalies are coming. Like some levels are showing beyond the specified space. This reports looks proper when we run in Production. Can you please tell me why it is behaving so different on DEV compared to PROD?

    Can you confirm which reports you are seeing anomalies? Some screenshots will help us to explain better. Can you attach the same.

    Hi Suman,

     

    It's a custom report which we have developed, its not a OOTB report. See below image.

    Hi Soumi,

     

    Can you recompile the report in client tool like Crystal Designer or Jaspersoft studio and then publish the same.
