  • 1.  Error while opening UMP/USM

    Hi Team,

     

    I am trying to open UMP but unable to open it. The already opended UMP has given below error.

     

    USM error: com.firehunter.ump.exceptions.DataFactoryException : null

     

    When checked on communities, I found below article however the mentioned probes are not available in the Archive of Nimsoft support.

    Can someone assist in this?

    Please open a support case. We first need to see the entire error/stack trace.
