Totally not urgent, just wanted to flag it for someone! We're really proud of our collection of party parrots.
We did have some issues the last two days with images not rendering, but these have been addressed. If you would please let us know if you are still seeing an issue after reloading Flowdock, we will open a Support case and work with you to look into it further.
I was just able to recreate this issue. I have asked the team to look into it. We'll keep you posted.
Great, thanks! Yes, still seeing the issue with custom emojis, but not seeing any problems with other images. Thanks for the fix!
Michael opened a defect for this, I do not have an estimated time of resolution yet, but hopefully soon!
In the meantime I did notice however, that if you close/log out and log back in, the emoji's do return! Not a great workaround, but something to be able to see the amazing Party Parrots in the meantime!
Have a great weekend, we'll be in touch once this defect is fixed.
Hey! We are seeing this as well, and logging out and back in doesn't appear to fix the issue. I believe we are on our own hosted instance and may have missed the fix?
Hey haddon.fisher, I work in Flowdock support and logging out / back in, reloading, etc doesn't seem to work for me either. That said, the team hasn't yet released a fix for this defect. I'm going to create a case for you just so we can add it to the defect on this to make sure we have visibility into the problem. Thanks for reporting it!
This does not appear to be just custom emojis in 1:1's.
For example, the \:ping_pong: emoji also does not work. Could this be a regression to an older version of emojis for 1:1 conversations?
karendt, This Defect should be fixed now. The fix was released a bit ago. Sorry for the delay for this update.
