  • 1.  Enabling search of knowledge tree document content

    Hello together,

     

    as we pushing forward within KM we are transforming our existing procedures/knowledge into KB articles including tree documents. Unfortunately in the current SDM 14.1 the KT search doesnt provide any settings to enable searching the content within published tree documents. Is there a way to enable the search within tree documents? I couldnt find any proper information within the admin materials How to Set Up the KT Search Engine - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation

    Michael........

    Searching the actual Knowledge Tree branches is not possible. It currently only searches the Title, Problem and Summary of the knowledge document. 

    If this feature is important to your business, please open an Idea/Enhancement so that other community members can comment/vote and the CA Product Management team can review.
