Here I'm posting the latest Knowledge Base Articles for CA Privileged Access Manager published or updated since 13-Mar-2017.

Can't start cluster after upgrade to 2.8.2
We upgraded to 2.8.2 today and cluster doesn’t come up due to “license mismatch” error. Licences are exact the same across both cluster members.
