  • 1.  How do we create a reverse waterfall in PPM Gantt?

Currently trying to use the auto scheduling feature w/ each task having a start-finish dependency. The last task has a must finish date.

When auto schedule runs, the last task is in it's proper place w/ gaps between the predecessor.

How do we create it so that the predecessor ends when the last task starts and so on?

The only simple option is to select schedule from finish date in OWB.

Try that to see far far that gets you..

I've tried the schedule from finish date but doesn't work correctly. There's lag between the tasks. Ideally, we'd like to see the predecessor's end date to be one day before the successor's start date.

One more option to try is to set the loading pattern to Back instead of Front or Contour.

For some reason this was not posted, but autosaved.

You have the same option in PPM Gantt
