    Hi Season,

PAM does not support Chinese keyboard layout yet. Please vote up the IDEA of having Chinese language to be supported in future version of PAM.

    Unable to input Chinese Characters

As for Firefox, as you may already know Firefox 52 and above is no longer support NPAPI Plugins except for Adobe Flash and this includes JAVA. We recommends you to use PAM client and Internet Explorer(Windwos) or Sarfari (Mac OS X) instead.

    See below for your information,

Why do Java, Silverlight, Adobe Acrobat and other ... - Mozilla Support Community

Java plugin does not work in Firefox

Mozilla offers an Extended Support Release(ESR) version of Firefox specifically for use by organizations who need extended support for mass deployment. Only Mozilla Firefox 52 ESR 32-bit release will continue offering support for the standards-based plugin support technology required to launch Java Applets. To see if you are using an ESR release, check the Firefox menu item (Help -> About) and looking for the "ESR" identifier. you can download ESR at below link.

    Dear Sir,

I am not referring to the Chinese keyboard input problem.

    My request is :

We can use CA PAM Client connect to CA PAM Server in Windows English and Chinese version.(7 or 8 or 10)

But we cannot use CA PAM Client connect to CA PAM Server in MAC OS 10.12 English and Chinese language.

Customer said the MAC OS 10.12 had release 6 months, why CA PAM Client up to now not support MAC 10.12 with English and Chinese language?/

When will lease support MAC OS 10.12 of CA PM client?

    Thanks!
