the DevTest portal web ui is not coming up . When I try to access the application attached file is getting downloaded and giving me below error.
This site can’t be reached
aws-dggbntk8.ca.com refused to connect.
does anyone has any idea?

Assuming the portal service is running. Do you have all of the ports open? My suspicion is a firewall rule is blocking.
It would also be a good idea to check the portal.log file for any errors.
