    Issue:

I modified the SPS login.fcc, but I don't see the change applied in the next request
of the login.fcc page. How can I get the modification in the login.fcc applied on the
    next request ?

    Environment:

    SPS 12.52

    Cause:

The login.fcc is set in a cache after the first request to it.
Out of the box, the cache time is set to 10 minutes, and is not configurable.

    Resolution:

Wait for 10 minutes to see the login.fcc modification applied, or restart the SPS server.

You can disable FCC form caching by configuring EnableFormCache ACO parameter
