Error viewing equipment writes using CLI command line, graphical writes, and web portal work normally. Has anyone ever encountered this problem?
Are you asking for the location of the 2.8.2 patch? CA PAM patches are found here:
It looks like the size of the CLI recordings is only 1K. It may be too small or have had a problem during recording/encoding.
That Java error should give us a better idea of what is happening if you click "show details".
You could also check the Tomcat logs for more info. Set the log level to INFO then reproduce the issue & check the logs.
If you are unable to resolve this problem, you should open a support ticket to have it looked at.
Besides Christian's logs, the xcd_spfd.log may help determine what is wrong. As Christian mentions I suspect 1K means nothing is really recorded. I can also see this is happening with a Fortigate device: can you check if the same thing occurs irrespective of what device you are connecting to ?
If you can't find it from any of these hints, I think this will require some more investigation, so please open a case.
try to update to last version 2.8.2: it solved our problems.
