  • 1.  Clarity Login Issue

    Hi  , We are not able to login to the Clarity - the login page gets refreshed after clicking login button with valid credentials and restores back on the main page after sometime  .

    Clarity version -14.2. (All the  services are up and running), Any first hand information on this behavior.

    Restart the APP service.
    Check any messages in app-ca.log.

    Check any message in other logs (system log ?)

    Is that just normal one step login or two step login first to corporate system and then with SSO to CA PPM?

    Thank you ! We got the load-balancer  restarted and then started working fine.
