Hi Team,

If we need to setup CABI Jaspersoft 6.3.0, from where we can download the setup for the same?

With CA Service Desk manager, CABI Jaspersoft r6.2.0 is showing in the product download list on CA Support.

You can download the products from support.ca.com website alright but the one available from this website for jasper soft is 6.2.0 and not 6.3.0. "CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server r6.2.0 for CA Service Management - DVD06074332E.iso"

you can download the 6.3.0 version directly from Tibco Jaspersoft website - "https://www.jaspersoft.com/introducing-jaspersoft-63" (A download link is provided at bottom end of the page) but this is currently not supported with CA Products.

I was going through the release notes and installation steps of CABI Jaspersoft 6.3.0 on docops (Release Information - CA Business Intelligence JasperReports® Server - 6.3.0 - CA Technologies Documentation ). Although its documentation is available, why it is not available for downloading on CA Support?

That's a good point. Let me get more information and the connection in regards to the documentation and product download link missing. Need to check with the product team on this.

However, Can you confirm which product do you own right now that you are trying to integrate with Jaspersoft?

Hi Balram,

Jaspersoft 6.3.0 is envisaged to be released as part of SDM r17.0 GA. Since SDM r17.0 is not released yet, the install media is not made available to the public as yet.

You need to wait for SDM r17.0 release which will be shipped\bundled with it.
