    Hi,
    Following Shazem's query, I would like to also enquire if there are any plans to increase the TO field of the report scheduler soon?  We can only auto schedule 3 names.  Where there was reference to create an email group distribution list, is the group distribution populated into the TO field?  Can the scheduler send the report to all names in the email group distribution group?

    Hi Angie,

     

    We will work with Jaspersoft to see if they can increase the length, at this point its 100 character which I believe is less. You cannot autopopulate the TO field but you can create a DL in your email server and give the DL to the to list and it will deliver to the DL.
