Tip : Upgrade step from 13.3 to 14.1

When you're running an upgrade from Clarity 13.2 to 14.4, make sure to avoid having special characters in the database user password.

The upgrade script from 13.3 to 14.1 cannot handle this and the upgrade is erroring out with the message that it cannot connect to the database.
