Which SLA will be applied in case of Parent/Child Ticket Created? and both tickets have SLAs
In Parent-Child relationship SLA is calculated separately for both parent as well as child tickets.
but i can't force the SLA that applied on the parent to be applied on the children too right?
The SLA runs separately on each ticket. It will take quite a complex spel-code customization to do this to pass\override the remainder of SLA from the parent to run on the child ticket as the relationship can be established at any given time.
