  • 1.  ITCM agent high utilization

    Hi Team,

     

    On one of the production scalability server, ITCM agent is consuming 100 % CPU utilization which is pushing server to hung state.

     

    After troubleshooting found that below plugins are the highest contributors from ITCM  perspective.

    cfbasichwnt.exe
    cfbasicInv.dll

     

    SS version : 12.8

    DM version :12.9

     

    After stopping caf services, cpu utilization went normal around 15 to 20%.

     

    Is there any testfix available or any other steps which can resolve the issue

    You should upgrade your Scalability to R12.9

     

    The Scalability and Domain Managers should be at the same version.

     

    Then open a support ticket for the R12.9 rollup of Testfixes.
