CA Service Management

Hi Team,

we need your help to fix below issue.

we are getting "Error Occurred: There was an unexpected error while processing your request" when we click on item status of service catalog request.

this is happening with few Requests not will all.

attached the screen shot 

can anybody help me here ?

restart catalog,pam and sd and see you face the same error.

For the cause of this error message, could you please follow the below steps and let me know the info.
Run the below query also and check if there are rows with user_id = CERT-Service Catalog or CERT-Service Delivery.
select * from usm_request_status where request_id=????
-> column name user_id
select * from usm_request_pending_action where request_id=????
-> column name user_id
select * from usm_request_pending_act_hist where request_id=????
-> column name modified_by
 
And also search in the view.log for this possible message text '[User] getting user CERT'
 
It also means that you might need to open a standard Case with the CA Service Catalog Support L1 Team.

Thank you, for the reply

as per our trouble shooting we found that the persons who approved those requests are left from the organization and their contacts are in inactive status
