Service Virtualization

  • 1.  Not getting a response from LISA.

    Hi,

     

    My registry and virtual service environment are up and running however, i am getting the below error when trying to run my flow.

    i am using LISA7.5. Can anybody please help me out on this.

    The more common issues associated with this error are that nothing is listening on the port or the client is unable to communicate with the endpoint (potential firewall block). 

     

    Is 135.40.98.68 the VSE server endpoint? If not, is port 8002 in the graphic the actual port the consumer app is listening on?

    If the IP is VSE, when you access the LISA Console application and look at the running VSE, is the service running and listening on port 8002?

    Are there any other services running on port 8002?

    Is the VSM listening on 8002 configured to accept the base path you are sending in the graphic?

    If the above looks OK to you, do you receive the same error if you send a test request from a DevTest Test Case or a tool such as SoapUI, Postman, etc.?

    Hi Joel,

     

    The service is running on port 8002 but i am unable to see if the VSM is listening since the server console does not open.

    This has worked before for me and so i think it is a firewall issue.
