Threads Dumps, I need to better understand the 2 and 3 as in the image
2 - It indicates where the lock is and
3 - He gives the solution to this blockade, is that right?
I passing this information to the development staff will they know what to do?

Hi Olivia,

1 - You select the thread name at the method that is being blocked

2 - This indicates what thread(s) are being blocked from the method in #1.
3 - This indicates what thread(s) are NOT being blocked from the method in #1.

By passing this information to your development team, they should be able to take it from there and determine what may be causing the blocking.
