Ensure your distsrv and archive are working as expected. You should be able to see and access the archive node icon and probe packages from the Infrastructure Manager (IM) Interface. If you cannot see or access the archive folder try restarting the distsrv, then the Infrastructure Manager (IM) client. Then perform the following steps to restore the GUI for your probe:
- Delete the following 2 files:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\2\util\<conf_YOUR-PROBE.exe>
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\2\util\<conf_YOUR-PROBE_VERSION.exe>
- In IM, hold down the SHIFT-key and double-click the probe and it will fetch the a fresh copy of the user interface for the probe
Notes:
- <user> is typically Administrator
- <conf_YOUR-PROBE.exe> and <conf_YOUR-PROBE_VERSION.exe>
