    Hello Team

     

    We’re currently experiencing issues generating reports of devices been monitored by spectrum.

     

    We spooled a report on server and Power device availability only to get a 100% uptime across all devices, after checking events of the devices found out there was actual downtime record which does not show in the report been spool.

     

     

    WHat could be the issue ?

    I would check to make sure that Report Manager is up to date first.

    If SRM hasn’t processed those events, that would make sense there.

     

    If it does, then I would check to see if there are any bucket tables in the reporting directory.

    If there is, there might be an issue with processing modeloutages.

    Which, I would suggest opening a Support ticket at that point.

    You can also try updating the content on CA Spectrum OneClick Admininstrationpage->Report Manager->Manage Business Objects Content->update content.
