    How could I prevent displaying the OOTB maileater content in ticket notification?

    Hi Vishnu,

    What does the initial notification template look like in your environment?  Does it include the description?  I believe the body of the email goes into the description, which is what I think you are seeing in the initial email notification there.

    Can you share a screenshot of the initial notification template for incidents?

    Hi Jon, I don't have access to this SDM instance and I believe it is an OOTB initial notification template.

    Hi Vishne,

     

    If you remove the following line from "HTML Message" field of the Default Initial Message Template, it will not be displayed. However, a message "Create a new request/incident/problem/change/issue" also will not be displayed when a ticket is created via the web interface.
