End of Life Announcement for CA Agile Central Support Manager (f/k/a Rally Support Manager or RSM) and CA Agile Central IBM ClearQuest Integration

CA Technologies is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In order to focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be discontinuing technical support on CA Agile Central Support Manager and CA Agile Central IBM ClearQuest Integration.

 

In accordance with the CA Support Policy and Terms, please consider this your written notification of End of Life of CA Agile Central Support Manager and CA Agile Central IBM ClearQuest Integration. This means CA Agile Central Support Manager and CA Agile Central IBM ClearQuest Integration will no longer be enhanced or fixed and technical support will be discontinued effective September 30, 2017.  

 

After September 30, 2017, CA Technologies will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term. While existing users can continue to use CA Agile Central Support Manager and CA Agile Central IBM ClearQuest Integration in their current forms, we encourage you to transition to one of the following for a current integration:

  • Purchase OpsHub Integration to use OpsHub’s connector to Salesforce or IBM ClearQuest
  • Engage our Technical Services Team to build a connector between CA Agile Central and Salesforce or IBM ClearQuest as part of a Statement of Work
  • Use our language toolkits and APIs to build a connector between CA Agile Central and Salesforce or IBM ClearQuest
