Hi there, I recently found the knowledge store on CA PPM, what is a good use for that feature, beside document management?
Does the document have any relation with incidents, o tasks, releases...
The document we use to attach in the incidents, is visible from this store?
when someone upload a document, and set the who can view, appear in this store?
If you can share any tip on this!! is very welcome!!
